About Me!

At Everton Park SS OSHC (EPOSHC), we plan and implement an Educational Program based on children's interests, strengths, abilities, and feedback. Our "About Me" Form is designed to gather important information about your child to support and enhance their learning journey while attending EPOSHC.

The "All About Me" Form helps us understand your child’s interests, providing our Educators, Coordinators, and Educational Leader with valuable insights into each child. Families, we request your assistance in completing this survey with your child so we can incorporate this valuable information into our Educational Program.
